Your commission for each completed case will be sent to you within 5 working days of the clients being sent their cheque. We will advise you of the plan we propose for your client and advise you of the commission. If you know which plan you require or what commission you wish to earn, advise us of this when you fax/post/email the application form. Every client and introducer is different. Some introducers wish to maximise their earnings whilst others are prepared to sacrifice earnings to obtain better rates.

There are no up front fees to your clients, neither are there any processing costs deducted from your commission. Any cost incurred such as references or valuation is paid by us with no come back on you or your client.

The accuracy of the information you provide us with helps the speed of the processing, the most important points are:

The total mortgage balance on the application form must include all further advances.

The highest mortgage arrears in the last 12 months and whether there are any now, if so how much.

The realistic current value of the client's property (not the value the property is insured for) but what houses around them are currently being sold or are up for sale.
